Mike Dunlop

General Manager

Mike comes to Greeley from the Southern Utah area near St. George. He was raised in Colorado and worked at several clubs in the Englewood and Littleton areas. Mike loves fly fishing, hunting and golf when he has spare time away from work. His wife Carol is a registered nurse and will be joining Mike after she finishes her schedule in July. They are excited for the opportunity to be part of the Greeley community and meeting everyone at the club.

Hello, Greeley Country Club! I am very excited to become a part of your town, club and community. Originally from New Orleans, LA, I moved to Denver in 1997 after graduating from Louisiana State University, for a job in the oil and gas industry. Over the years, I have worked for Home Box Office and The Colorado Convention Center. Fast forward, for the past three years, I have been the Membership Director at Red Rocks Country Club in Morrison, CO. While I will miss being there, I am very much looking forward to meeting all of you and being a part of The Greeley Country Club.

I was born and raised in Cottage Grove MN and graduated from the College of St. Benedict with an Elementary Education degree. I taught kindergarten, first and second grade, but have always had a passion for the restaurant business. In 2002, I moved to Colorado and got into the golf club industry. I have worked at private and public golf clubs in the Denver Metro area. I met my husband, Rick at The Ranch Country Club and we have two daughters, Daisy and Sophie.

Greg Heiny

PGA Director of Golf

Greg joined The Greeley Country Club in 1996 as Second Assistant Golf Professional. He worked his way up to his current role as Director of Golf and has been in that role since 2011. Greg is a proud graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and has been a PGA member since 2001. With over nineteen years of experience teaching the game of golf, Greg brings a vast amount of knowledge in all areas of the game.

Brendon Doyle

Title

Executive Chef

Colorado native Chef Brendon Doyle has spent his life in a kitchen. At a young age he spent a lot of time cooking with his Mother in his childhood home learning, not just how to create a good meal, but the role food plays in bringing people together. His first job at 14 was as a dishwasher and eventually cooking in the restaurant at the golf club his Father operated. Igniting his passion for cooking, and working in kitchens, Brendon attended culinary school after high school. Though he was in school, Brendon, gained most of his knowledge working in some of Denver's best French and Italian destinations. Achieving his first Executive Chef position at the age of 24, Chef Doyle, spent the next handful of years at the helm of some highly publicized restaurants in Denver.

Scott Dillinger

Golf Course Superintendent

Scott joined GCC in 1987 and assumed the role of Superintendent in the fall of 2014. He earned his bachelor's degree in Plant Science from the University of Wyoming and in Turf Management from Colorado State University. He uses his 30+ years of industry knowledge to perfect every square foot of our beautiful "park style" golf course.

Dave Hart

Athletic Director

Dave has a passion for all aspects of the fitness & wellness industry. He also has experience in almost every area of the profession. The most relatable skills he brings to the Greeley Country Club Members are his three years at Blackhawk Country Club and five years at Cherry Creek Country Club in Denver, Colorado. He opened both Fitness Centers as well as built the Personal Training and Group Exercise departments. Dave trained elite athletes as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Minnesota and Colorado State University. He opened two Fitness Centers in Arizona for Johnson & Johnson as a Corporate Fitness & Wellness Manager. He has also been in charge of Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors in Campus Recreation at Louisiana State University and California State University, Bakersfield. He’s excited to come back home to Colorado, and the opportunities that await him at Greeley Country Club.
